The office is in constant conflict between selling the popular clichés and conveying a realistic, modern image of Switzerland, while struggling to deliver the results demanded by the HQ back home in Berne - lest the office be merged with "Servus Austria" to form one agency... The friendly bunch of misfits from all corners and walks of life leave no stone unturned to serve Switzerland's interests while facing their own conflicts. Far from home and friends, they are way more to each other than just colleagues: they are family.
